"Ring the bells that

still can ring

Forget your perfect offering

There is a crack in everything

That's how

the light gets in"

I am a highly trained, LGBTQIA2-inclusive couples, family and relationship therapist, specializing in sexuality and gender identity issues across the continuum of sexual functioning and sexual orientation. I can help couples resolve long-standing sexual, and other relationship problems. Focus includes loss of desire; relationship conflicts over personal values, attitudes, behaviors; communication break downs; sexual identity; non-monogamy and open relationships; orgasm; sex-related pain; trauma and other sexual problems.

With a combination of clinical, educational and scholarly work gathered from pursuing my PhD in Human Sexuality, teaching relational couples & family therapy, you will receive all the best of current recommended treatment backed by research and evidence-based practice.

The Gender & Family Project was my clinical home for 8 years proudly supporting trans* and gender-expansive youth and families where I presented nationally on providing affirmative clinical services for families of gender-expansive, non-binary and transgender children and adolescents. With post-graduate training at the Ackerman Institute for the Family, the Institute for Dialogic Practice and receiving my Masters in Social Work from Smith College School for Social Work, I have many years of expertise as a clinician working with couples, families, and relationships. I am also proud of my history working in community mental health in the New York City area practicing from a pro-treatment choice, recovery and anti-oppression perspective.
